I'd recommend photobucket.
1. Upload your picture.
2. When it is uploaded roll your mouse over the picture.
3. Four links should come out.
4. Copy the last link or IMG code.
5. Come on Vital and here in the comment back click the "Photo" option.
6. Paste the link in the box that pops up and press OK.
And there you go.
Press "Preview" next to the "Submit" button and check if it worked.
