So i want to build a kicker so i can learn x-ups, turndowns etc. (i thought a kicker would be better to learn on than a quarter) whats the best plans/blueprints?? I'd want like a 3ft tall one by maybe 4-5 feet long?

Also I want to build a place to grind. I saw abods grind edit and i was thinking either that plan or a modified version of this CLICK HERE :D
forgot to ask, plans for the grinding thing too :D

Photo of Quarter Pipe

I built this Quarter Pipe this summer , it took me about a full day of work to finish.

in total it cost me 357$ Can.

Its well worth it! perfect for practice in the driveway when you cant get to the skatepark! In the photos its only plywood but now i have a material on it just like SkateLite only half the price! Only downfall is it takes 3 people to move it VERY heavy. But sturdy!

If you make that rail make it higher and longer! I would recommend making a box with angle iron on the side!! It would be alot better because the rail on that site will just tip. And it will be harder to feeble and smith it .Cheerful

Something like this but higher would be sweet. http://www.diyskate.com/ledge_01.html

3 feet tall is bar height.

Id say to learn to grind period, go maybe 18 inches tall or so, and at least 8 feet long.

A 3 foot kicker would be sweet, I suggest either a landing too, or a grass hill or something to soften the landing. Dropping 4 + feet to flat can be rough on ankles and wrists.
