With a lot of hard work and effort, our dreams are finally coming true. We have been working with our Park and Rec department over many years pushing our Colorado Springs "skatepark" project. We are in the home stretch of this thing and would like some feedback from all of you. Here is the design that Team Pain has come up with. What we're looking on getting from you is... your input! What do you think of this design? Is this something that you would want in your hometown? Is it something that you would go out of your way to go shred if it was in your area? Would you make vacation plans to specifically visit Colorado Springs to stop by this park? Does this look like a top-ten all-time skatepark? What are your top parks? What improvements would you make? This is supposed to be a cutting edge design that our Park and Rec wants to be proud of. Do you feel this design represents cutting edge? Please take the time to put in your two cents. We have some ideas to make it better but don't let us get caught in our tunnel vision. Like I said, this is a Team Pain design. Your input (positive or negative) can only make this park better and it's not going to hurt my feelings at all because it's not our design. I would like to go to this next meeting with some great ideas to present to our Park and Rec, the Pain Team, and our whole skatepark coalition.

This thing is going down in May, absolutely, positively for sure!!! Please give your age, where you live, and if you want, your occupation. If you’re interested in donating, you can do that, too. Let me know and I will give you the information on how to make a money donation to the park fund that is a 100% tax write off. Good stuff huh? I appreciate all the help in the past from everyone and hopefully will be seeing all of you here this summer!!! —Duncan Gore
