Kill the Groundhog, I Hate Winter
So that annonying groundhog came out of his house today and decided that we get to endure six more weeks of winter. That's not exactly good news if you're trying to ride your bike as much as possible. So that brings up the question, how have you been dealing with winter this year? Let's hear your methods in the Comments below. Have you been riding indoors? No riding at all? Road trips to warmer places? Video games? Snowboarding?

well i live in northeastern ohio and their is so much snow here. i haven't been riding im waiting for all that shit to dry up. and i went snowboarding once im in the process of getting a Berton Dom

....We DO have winters, just no snow, it's really really really gay, i hate it, prefer the heat by a LONGSHOT............i wish i was in hawaii xD.

i love the winter even though i cant ride, id rather be cold and try to get warm, then be warm and try and cool down

i travel by bicycle when i don't need to drive. Global warming won't get my conscience. But i still get the worst of it with these terrible winter months . I'm definetly going to get as much riding in this summer as possible. Read a book use the neighbors' computer.
Oh Oh oH, I got this. Sled riding's fun but it hurts your ass when all the snow turns to ice and it's even faster than normal and you hit the jump really hard and land on your ass and all your friends are laughing at you and then you feel really stupid because your almost 25 and can't afford to get hurt so you deserve to get laughed at but then your friend goes down and he's like wooooooowhheo and you're like WOW!. and then he's like oh shit.
then we go home and are back to the same f-ing thing that we do every day. NOTHING

Doing high speed power skids in the snow, sneaking into warehouses or factories and riding them, indoor parks but to me indoor park gets boring kinda quick, girls, getting pulled in a sled by a car or something else motorized, or take off ur front and back wheel and ur chain and sprocket find some padding and u can play around with little tricks like manuals barspins and tailwhips

We usually go to my friends barn where we have built this miniramp and a drop in to hip. Its a pretty good setup but the thing is that it is as cold as outside so we are sometimes riding in 10 celsius below the freezing point
The nearest indoor park is almost a 2 hour drive away so we dont go there very often..

cooking (I can actually throwdown in the kitchen), drinking, smokin, playin ghost recon w/friends, playin the new GTA when solo (insanely awesome game), playin drums to my two friends mad guitar skills and freestylin/beatboxing. Basically the same shit I do when the weathers nice except ride

once in a while ill go outside if it isnt freezing out or all this now and ice on the ground, like today and yesterday (40!!!) , most of the time im in school or at work or inside playing video games. once in a while ill go to Hackettstown Skatepark its been an annoying winter for me and i think im gonna kill puxatony phil for saying 6 more weeks of winter...

riding in the basement, barn, and hitting up east shore skatepark or redplanet.
