McCann Joins the New Grill Club
Steve McCann went for a 360 transfer at the Orlando Dew Tour that resulted in him crashing face first and leaving a few teeth on the flatbottom. After sporting the toothless look for a few weeks, Steve spent some serous cash to get his teeth fixed, and his plans for the future now include a full-face. McCann had been planning to switch to a full-face earlier in the year, but needed a little more time to get used to it. He said, “I’ve been riding a full-face on vert, but it’s hard to get used to on street with all the head banging I do from landing flat (laughs).” There may be a whole new crew of full-face pros in ’07.
