Stolen Looking for Customer Service Rep
Stolen's US office is currently seeking a customer focused, BMX enthusiast to join our growing team.If you have a passion for bikes and want a job that may not always feel like a job, this may be the right opportunity for you!
Our new team member will have strong communication skills, decent computer skills and know their way around a bike.
This team spot will be in charge of customer responsiveness, handling a variety of customer inquiries and service issues. Strong follow-up skills are required as is a strong customer focused mentality.
Additionally, educating dealers/consumers, multi-line phone handling and service logs into the database, issuing merchandise return tags, managing service issues to completion and shipping out returns.
What we need:
Strong Communication, both Oral and written
Computer skills including MS Word, Outlook and Excel
A proven track record of reliability
General BMX knowledge & basic mechanic skills
A sense of humor
