2013 Grind for Life Benefit & Team Demo
On November 9, action sports stars will do a demo to benefit the Florida-based cancer charity Grind for Life in Fort Lauderdale at Ramp 48 indoor skatepark from 4-8pm.
This year celebrates 10 years of Grind for Life, established in 2003 by two time cancer survivor and pro skateboarder Mike Rogers. The event will feature pro demos featuring action sports stars including Andy Macdonald, Mimi Knoop, Alex Sorgente, Steve McCann, Josh James, and many more. Spectators will experience skate and BMX demos, DJ, live music by The Bellringers, raffles, prizes, food, and autographs!

About Grind for Life: Grind For Life, Inc was founded in 2003 by life-long skateboarder Mike Rogers after his second battle with sarcoma cancer. The mission of the Grind for Life organization is to provide financial assistance to cancer patients and their families when traveling long distances to doctors and hospitals.
