Evan Smeldly Toboggan

There’s a handicap ramp that leads up to the platform that the stairs are off of. Now there was only one thing in the way from keeping Evan from jumping the stairs, and that was a chain across the ramp. Nilo went to work quickly and snapped the chain in half using his peg as a hammer.
