Chad Degroot scoped out this spot in San Jose, CA while at the Dew Tour. Chad told me about it earlier in the day, and he got me stoked just from the description of the building. When we rode up to this place, I was soooo phsyched. It's amazing what a great background can do, not to mention the creative eye of a flatland veteran.
