they have had cranks on the market for a good few years now, not the ones that come on the stock bikes, either. I have been runnin a pair for almost 2 years, same design as these just a 19mm spindle.
these are not new...spline is only bigger. crank arms are the SAME design. I assume he hasnt seen these before so i was simply saying that they have had these out just in a 19mm version
