Fly Bikes Ruben Ligera Tire
Here is some info on Ruben's newest tire from Fly Bikes:
Ruben came up with this design with those square holes to make it more grippy, specially in trails, and have a different feeling.
The main change is on the rear one. it has a a more knobby tread pattern and a thinner casing, like the current front one. so it´s lighter but of course not as durable as the classic one. You choose!. The front one weight is almost the same as the classic one. the change is just on the grip and feeling. Here are the weigths:
Ruben ligera 1.90: 490 grs. / 16.9 oz.
Ruben ligera 2.0: 515 grs. / 17.7 oz.
Ruben ligera 2.0: 570 grs. / 19.6 oz.
Ruben ligera 2.25: 580 grs. / 20 oz.

Got the front one in 2.25" - so good, amazing grip & looks sweet. (Bike Check coming soon).
