Subrosa Hold-On StemCheck out the new Subrosa Hold-On Stem. It's not available quite yet, but has been holding up great. Here's what Ryan Sher had to say about it, along with some specs:

We’ve been testing the prototypes of these for a while now, and they are kicking ass. The stem has been awesome for both Hoang (Tran) and I (Ryan Sher). It holds the bars tight, it’s really light, and it looks bitchin on a bike, basically everything a stem needs to do. The stem will be available later this month. Here are the specs for the Hold-On Stem–
