REASON FOR MAKING IT
As bikes get lighter and lighter small bars are becoming less popular. This is because small bars make quick movements to the wheel. Taller and wider bars slow down the movements made by the rider which makes the bike feel more stable and in control, while at the same time giving the rider more leverage to throw the bike around. Also the bars are threaded to work with our barends that securely stay inside the handlebars and do not fall out. They are available in a choice of either 1 degree or 4 degree upsweep. The 1 degree upsweep feels the same as the traditional Slam-type bar. The 4 degree upsweep is for people who like the upsweep but want to ride a 8" bar.
WHY IT WAS MADE THIS WAY HANDLEBARS
Compact design for a more progressive look.
These bars have a lifetime guarantee against breaking and bending. They have been laboratory tested against other brands of 8” handlebars and they were the strongest bars that we tested.
