Here is some info on the new Arcade 18" complete bike courtesy of WeThePeople.
The WeThePeople Arcade 18" complete was made with the younger rider in mind; aspiring BMXers that aren't quite ready for a full-sized 20" complete. Built around a WeThePeople 18" frame featuring 18" top tube, 13.25" chain stays and a 74.5 degree head tube angle, the Arcade 18 features an array of Salt components (Salt frontload stem, Salt front (3/8, 36h) and rear (14mm, 36h) hubs, Salt AM rims, Salt 3-pc 152mm tubular cranks, Salt front and rear brakes and levers), plus WeThePeople's railed Beatnik seat and Defcon grips (designed for smaller hands.) Not only that, the Arcade 18 features Odyssey Twisted PC pedals and Odyssey 13t freewheel. And to finish off the package, the Arcade 18 features a pair of steel Salt pegs and a detangler. I just got a wtp frame with a 21.25 tt and the rear is said to be 13.5, but when I slammed my axle it was actually an 1/8 of an inch shorter. I am not saying thats a good thing its just that if they say 13.25 I bet it is about an 8th shorter which does seem long as far as proportion to the tt. Especially when my 21.25 tt is 13.5 or shorter. Traditional geo. is 20.5 with a 13.75 slammed rear so its still at least traditional or shorter for more tech appropriate geometry. It is what it is, and by the way my wtp frame and fork are from what I can tell perfect. There craftsman ship is actually amazing.

the rear end is way too long for the 18" top tube.it should be around 12.75-13"
some 20" frames with short chainstays have 13.25" helps the whips!!
