The Bad: is a brake, means weight

Overall Review: i used to have these on my 03 haro, they weren't that strong, only cause the cable (the strattle cable) was loose and couldn't find my allen wrenches, didn't take em off though they were almost useless(only cause cable). i prefer brakeless cause brakes=weight, but if i had to use brakes, only the evolver

Overall Review: i had stock brakes.. then i stripped them off and rode brake-less for a while.. then my dad got mad.. :/ he told me to put the shitty brakes back on my bike and i lied that they were broken.. so he ended up buyin me these with a odyssey lever and slic cable. sickest set up ever. i actually enjoy brakes now.

Overall Review: got em. pretty sick. easy to dial in. only thing is is that they pull kind of hard if you dont oil the mounts. like them a lot. come w/ good brake pads, but i would get new ones pretty soon after you got m. eagle 2s work the best.

Overall Review: Rode these brakes for 5 years. Never had any real problems with them, and I've run all possible setups: dual top and bottom, single, gyro...

Note: these are the first version of the Evolvers. Not the Evo 2.

These are worth the $40 and come with instructions. If you can't afford the Fly brakes, then get these. The Fly brakes are amazing though, and I could tell the difference immediately when I put them on.

but the lil bolts that hold the springs in
are weak as fuck
dont keep changing the setings on it just leave it lol
me and my mate both have this brake
and both broke it
by just tightening the springs for better response,
but in other words its a good brake
