not really cause it has double wall rims, an intergrated headset, and everything on it is sealed so ts not really all that bad of a bike

wen my bikeshop measured it the toptube was 20.375 not 20.6

is the toptube really 20.6 because my local bike shop has this same bike and when i sat on it the toptube felt like it was 20.25 not 20.6
