haha, I remember these bad boys. I had a FSA Pig headset. The PIG and this one are the exact same, just different brand. They never broke ever, and I dont think anybody has ever broken one of these.

looks like a fisheye lense adaptor, or something you could grind down into a hub guard.

i rode this thing for forever and never had any problems. but it probably weighs a fucking ton. oh well.
