Patrick XMB1 if it sticks you got to change the clutch and ^^if you get a clutch and driver for the left side then it can be done without changing the entire hub or axle, just the clutch and driver^^

i been riding one for sev months. its the second freecoaster ive owned. grease the shit out of the internals once every month or so and you'll be fine. you shouldnt be breaking bearings like on the original khe reverse, since they put angular contact bearings in it

the only think i hate is the lock nuts thread. so whene i put my wheel on the the driver lockes up and distroyes the barrings. just get rid of the stock lock nuts before you run into the some proplum and dish out more money it works fine but all of the truble is not worth it. but now i stuk whith the dame thing cuzz im broke.

I'm running the Reverse also. I can see how the bearings could blow out since all the pressure is being placed on it, but I haven't had that problem yet. It's a little heavy, but it's sturdy and can take a beating. I'm happy with mine.

freecoaster hubs are pretty good. I had one built up this summer REverse hub with primo spokes and ryno lite hoop. i have ridden the heck out of it and the only thing i had to figgure out was setting the back wheel up before mounting it in the frame. my birectional eastern wheel blew all the spokes and i've been riding exclusively the freecoaster for about a month now. dirt, park, everywhere it's doing great. its for sure made my manuels better as the slack makes it tough to kick that extra bit to the edge of the copeing.

I run a Reverse and the only reasons I would complain about would be the bearings busting out and the clutch getting stuck on the hub.The solutions?1-DON"T overtighten the cone.Get the nondrive side set in the dropout and tighten that side first, that's why the ends of the axles have keyed ends for allen wrenches.Set the driveside and chain tension and with a long tipped wire cutter or cone wrench thread the cone to the point that you can spin the spacer behind the cone with a little bit of drag. This spacer must not have any play between the cone and the outer bearing,it just needs to be loose enough so you can barely make it spin.Get the wheel centered and once you tighten it it should last a good while even if you do grinds on both sides.Believe me,since Thanksgiving 07 I haven't had to change those bearings and i ride every day.2-Change the clutch. After almost a year of using the same freecoaster, the grip on the clutch wears out and instead of releasing the hub when you're done pedaling,it stays stuck to the hub, then you have to back-pedal so it don't ghost-pedal,and it makes an annoying click and some times it stays stuck and that's a bad thing.Other than that, them KHE internals work like a charm.
