The Good: the bolts never get loose, and the bars lock into the stem very well so they dont slip at all.
The Bad: nothing at all.
i ran this stem for a little over a year and its straight up the most strong/stiff stem ive ridin.

Ive had this stem for about a week and so far its great. Nothing about it is bad
