I hope this doesn't come across harsh, but what a waste of 2min. The end point was "go with what feels comfortable", and any specifics were incredibly obvious (if you're taller, you'll probably want bigger bars) The part dealing w/ the bar:fork angle mentioned the obvious (closer makes bike feel shorter) but didn't mention steering angles; the part about measuring the bars (the diagram shown on-screen) was plain wrong, you don't measure from bottom of the bars to top of them, you measure from middle of bottom-tube to middle of top-tube of the bars.
Would have been could to hear things like 'shorter width gives you less stability, but easier barspins', and other functional / non-obvious stuff of that nature. Everything said in that vid would've been obvious to a parent buying bars for their kid (ie, bigger bars for bigger people, or 'go with what feels right')
sorry, i feel bad crapping on a video that was meant to help, but i really don't see how that coulda helped anyone :\

BUT he did throw bars pretty tight in the beginning, so wasn't all bad :D
