James Foster: Welcome to Hyper 2

Hyper BMX formally welcomes James Foster to their pro team with some dirt shredding at a few of SoCal's finest spots.

Hyper BMX team manager Ryan Guettler sat down with James to ask him a few questions about joining the brand and this video. Read below -

What's it like to film in California?

I grew up riding in California, so I love riding and filming here. Riding the spots I've ridden growing up and new places are always fun.

How long ago did you build your new Hyper up?

I think I built it up in October. It's one of my favorite bikes I've ever ridden.

What was the hardest trick to get done while filming for this welcome video?

The truck-downwhip. I was tired after riding Sheep Hills that day.

How many crashes?

A few, but nothing too bad other than high siding after the truck-downwhip and getting thrown to flat.

How does it feel to join Hyper?

It's pretty awesome to be a part of a company with so many awesome guys being behind and supporting it.

What's next for you?

Touring with Nitro Circus, X Games, and any dirt contest I can find to ride in-between.

Is there anything you would like to add?

Thanks to you, Ryan Guettler, for adding me to the team. I'm looking forward to riding, filming, and doing more shit with you guys!
