lol! damn dude you should've approached that paint style a little less barbarically... I'd say strip the paint off completely, prime it white for 2 coats, then attack it with sections of cloth with the loose tie die paint on them... That way you could have gotten better results. Would have taken more time but would not have looked like poop in the end.
