    heat treatment is what lost the frame a full pound. so yes,it does make it lighter,also stronger.and to the retard that said the dropouts are 13 slammed,you sir are a moron. theyre 13.75 mid dropout,13.5 slammed. yea,he messed that up but you didnt correct him.

    seriosuly! all you little danscomp trendies or what you call yourselfs these days, should quit worrying about what other riders run on their bikes and how they run it these days. just go out and ride for once and masterbate to danscomp and albes later. no one cares about how well you memorize bike/part specs. who cares how short or long nathans bars are. unlike all of you little spoiled dirtbags, at least he can say he has his own signature bars. if he can right now, im sure he wants to stick those bars right up all your trendy asses.

    he can say its an internal seat post clamp if he wants too.
    and if it wasnt heat treated, it wouldnt be able to be that light cause it would break.

    awesome rider, but what i don't get why does he cut off his signature bars?!?i mean they are 'signature' because they're supposed to be exactly the way the rider wants them, that's pretty strange...and yeah he could pay a bit more attentio to word use, but i don't think he cares at allSmile
