i work for the city of los angeles and i watch them spend millions on grafitti removal seems like half of its made with stencils. i'm not saying working with the kids isnt a great thing

LOL...NockNock...if you think this showed how to graffiti, then you obviously know nothing about graffiti...so you're pretty much saying that anything involving paint and creativity is encouraging graffiti...you're an idiot.

its teaching inner city kids to pick up a pen and a pad, not to go out and start tagging the city streets!

jeez.
We do a similar scheme over here in england. our local park has an academy called KLAS-A which take in groups of kids and help teach them the fundamental steps of riding/skating/boarding. its fun coaching kids who really enjoy what youre teaching them. id recommend it to anyone
