Yes , hair spray is the best, puts them on easy , only have to wait about 1 min to dry and ride , also sticky so they should never slip , even when they get wet...
I take my bars off by sticking zip ties in and it just slips off, and I put my grips on with rubbing alcohol. Dries really quickly and dosn't eat away at your grips either.
Id like to see the air compressor, Ive got one but havent seen it in use for grips before. I usually just use clear coat spray paint stuff. Works pretty good.....Well untill you put a hole in your grip then ya just kinda need new ones.

I use the WD 40 to get my grips on. It drys in like 2 minutes.

if you stretch your grip out then put it on with brake cleaner(isopropol alcohol) they dry in like 5 minutes as its an evaporate.

with lock on grips you dont need any of that and they allways stay in place

Deoderant is the best , the water evaporates in seconds after putting them on leaving a sticky serface
never slip and take about 20 secs t dry !

i just put them in hot water for a couple of mins then slip then on and they havent slipped for me yet
