i got a friend who sold his bike and bought the stolen cheater at christmas time, and now the only thing on his bike from the cheater is the cranks. the freecoaster just got trashed, and hes really good with a freecoaster, because he always rode one before. if im not mistaken the pawls in it started slipping, sometimes his bike would be like a fixed gear, sometimes it wouldnt pedal. when it slipped, he would flip over the bars if he was going fast, which sucked.
i think the freecoaster has a good design, and idk if it changed since the bike came out prior to when just the hub came out, but it needs to be redesigned a little.
i got the alienation v2 rush freecoaster hub laced to a black sheep rim and also happen to do a lot of icepick grinds and i cant see the problem with having pegs on a freecoaster so i dunno what he's talking about although that last move he did like 180 feeble barspin blah blah blah sounded rough as fuck
