criminal is a bit harsh, but of course you don't know what happened so you really have no basis to your comment. Ok Nails fell hard, ruptured his adrenal gland. The docs gave him a prescription for pain pills. His family doesn't have alot of money so instead of cashing in that prescription, his mother gave him some old pain pills she had from something that happened to her in the past. He got pulled over in somme routine traffic stop and they illegally searched him and found the pills and charged him with criminal drug possession. He got scared and instead of going to court and handling it he hid out at friends houses. Yes, very poor choice. He finally got found and they dropped the drug charge because the search wasn't done within the law, but he got stuck with evasion or what ever the legal term is. SO he got locked up for hiding from the cops and not doing to court. So it's not like he robbed someone or was selling drugs, dude just was scared and made a bad choice.
