1. Practice your rollbacks. It's hard to 180 if you can't rollback. I had the same problems.
2. Work on your hops. You need to do a real j-hop. Just bunnyhopping a little bit off the ground will not help at all.
3. Look at your seat while spinning. It really helps you commit to the trip.
4. Practice a SHIT-TON. You won't just wake up and suddenly learn it, you need to practice a lot.

Look over your shoulder look that way tell you spot you landing the once you spot it just go with it.
