ride 30 psi in your tires and jump off something really high, then it will feel like youre getting really high, trust me its how i learned, right now i ride 110 psi but to practice all you need is 30
just pull your front up as high as you can then tuck your knees in to bring the back end up bro... thats how i learned them and you can try hoping over guard rails and shit too or try hoping on a ledge or something bro.
dont crank, lower your seat so you can tuck into the back tire(but dont get too close lol), and make a bunnyhop bar cuz hopping flat is harder than having a goal
um.. yor got the form down i sugesst some 45 pound arm curls.. ha jk. but you have tu try hard but not to hard or its just a waist of energy... just lean back, pull ,hop, and lean forward...??? 25 on each arm lol...
