Hello, Sorry but no. Technically you can buy a clutch and driver in LHD and install it but when you go to ride it it will fall apart as the inner drive ring threaded into the hub shell will un-thread. Hope that helps www.albes.com

Hey! How aggressively will he be riding it? If he's going to be using it at the skate park and learning a bunch tricks I'd suggest and 18" bike. If he's just going to use it for cruising around go with a 20" Let me know which you feel would be better ... more »

That's a great hub. Honestly you should be able to see a Clutch wheel in decent condition for enough to get an ok cassette wheel again if needed. www.albes.com
