Hi bike guru here a lot of times when you pedal backwards it indicates it is a freewheel issue not a bb if you have a freewheel and usually on a loose bb bikes it has a freewheel on the rear hub so get some wd40 and turn the bike on its side a spray ... more »

Hi bike guru here the reason they use 6 paws is it will last longer with a 6 paws instead of a 4 paws the 6 paw has only 3 ingagement points at a time where a 4 paw might only have 1 or 2 ingagement point because of the spacing of the teeth to the relation ... more »

Hi bike guru here ck to see if your crank arm is flush with the outside of the sprocket and that the sprocket bolt hole in the crank arm is flush also. If not you might have to put a small or thin washer on the outside of the sprocket of the bolt hole ... more »
