Make some pasta. Strain the hot pasta water directly onto the crank spindle/arms. Remove by tapping gently with a non dead blow hammer. Enjoy pasta as a celebratory crank arm removal meal.

Added reply in a thread Any good universal NDS hubguards? 6/15/2019 1:07 PM

I’ve got the S&M cymbal and a Daily Grind and two gsport uni guards. I like them all. I give the nod to the Cymbal overall though. It’s a bit lighter than the DG too and it has a nice shape that sort of locks the rail into the guard. I like the gsport ... more »

Imo, tall standovers look awesome. I love the look, stance and attributes of tall standovers. You can run the seat really high yet you won't have a ton of post sticking above the frame. The angles make the frame a bit stronger which is a huge plus too, ... more »

I swore by Odi Longnecks but have forever switched to Primo Mike Harkous signature grips. I didn’t know I could enjoy a grip so much. They are essentially an Odi Long neck with way more cushion(thicker) and slightly taller ribs. The extra length is meh, ... more »

Well, I used to throw bars over dirtjumps and box jumps back in the day. I dont have much interest in barspins anymore for myself; but if I were to relearn them I would do it over a box jump, dirt tabletop, or quarter ramp fly out. It was always much ... more »
