So I have smashed my shin with my peddles a few time but have yet to bang up my ankles. Do ankles usually get caught when trying to grind?

Thanks for all the input. What about sizing are Fuse pads true to the size the recommend on their sizing chart? I am 6'1" 195lbs and would assume i would need L or XL pads?

Anyone know anything on the Fuse Omega Knee Pads or Fuse Echo 75 Knee/Shin Pads?

I am looking at getting knee, elbow and maybe shin pads. What specific brand and models are good and not too pricey? Besides a skate park requiring them, which of the three are most critical for BMX (elbow/knee/shin)? Thanks

With trying to fix these ball bearings I have heard that I will most likely have the same issue again. Is it because or dirt and moisture? Or is it because of the pounding from jumps, bunny hops etc? Ultimately I just need this bike to survive until ... more »

So I bought a used Haro 100.1 to get started in BMX and after day two I blew out the rear ball bearings. They all pretty much fell out so I have no idea what size(s) they were. Can anyone tell me how to determine the size(s) for replacing them? Would
