Guys, comparing US pricing to Canadian is just a mess. It's not just the shitty exchange most places add at least 100 bucks to that and forget Amazon those prices are usually really fucked up. I saw a US 100 dollar Mongoose Legion 18" on Amazon for CAN ... more »

The last show I saw was Buck 65. It was an amazing show but I'm just realizing that that was over 2 years ago. It's hard to get out when you're broke and have a 4 year old.

That's awesome! I got my 4 year old a 16" Mirraco Wedge for Christmas and a new full-face helmet. They're putting a new set of trails, a small pump track and a skatepark right across the street from my buddies place. We'll be able to ride out his garage ... more »

Very nice.

A lot of people that ride bigger bikes actually do leave the ground. Some people just don't feel comfortable on a 20" bike.

From the Dan's Comp description: "The 2017 Subrosa Salvador 26" cruiser bike features a chromoly toptube, downtube and wishbone frame with integrated headtube drilled for gyro tabs, 1-1/8" fork with chromoly steerer tube, Subrosa Uplift topload stem, ... more »

Use a pipe cutter if you can. Much cleaner and easier than a hacksaw.

It kind of looks like a late 90's early 2000's Specialized Fatboy made sweet love to a late 90's early 2000's Schwinn Canadian Beast or Hydramatic.

I have a pair of Vans and a pair of Adidas Busenitz. The Busenitz are really comfy(one of the most comfy shoes I've ever tried) and they grip well. The Vans are Vans - they're always comfy and grippy.

Did you type that properly? I went to bicycle-central.com and they don't even have a single bike.

Have you tried turning it off, then on again? Sorry.

Added reply in a thread 4130 chromoly 1/7/2017 3:53 PM

It sounds like someone who is wrong told you hi-ten is better. 4130 is what all high-end aftermarket frames are made from(well for street, park, flat and dirt anyway). Tell your buddy he is wrong and 4130 Chromoly is the best material for a BMX bike. ... more »

Added reply in a thread 4130 chromoly 1/7/2017 12:18 PM

4130 Chromoly is what you want. It's funny how they just call whatever the other metal they use on bikes high-tensile steel because that is technically what 4130 Chromoly is - a type of high-tensile steel. So depending on what type of high-tensile steel ... more »

Don't even bother looking at US sites. Not worth buying from the US right now with our shitty exchange rate, plus ridiculous shipping costs, and getting to pay Canadian sales taxes on everything.

Added reply in a thread Best helmet 1/1/2017 5:24 PM

I have a Bell Segment that I like. The foam is segmented inside so it moves a bit to form to the shape of your head. It's pretty comfy. My wife's TSG helmet is really comfy and lighter than my Segment. Feels a bit different but nice.
