Additional Info | Geo: TT 20.5", CS 13.75", HT 74.5deg, BB 11.75", SA 71deg, SO 8.5". This was a renovation project - my first complete from the bearings up build. Was a pile of scraped-up, cast-off, dirt & oil-crusted junk when I got it. Done for almost zero budget: $10 for frame, BB, headset, forks, bars, cranks. Yup, 10 bucks! $12 apiece for the tires. $0 for the wheels and hubs as they came from an old Eastern Jane + extra parts that I sold some of in pieces for a solid profit which offset all of the other parts that became this Kink. $10 for the driver and sprocket from a Fit. $10 for the seat and another post Chain was free $14 for the grips I think? $12 for the pedals. $30 for spindle bolts and crank install and chainline help at LBS. :-) They are the best. |

Many thx.
I built it as the "next bike" for my little guy. So will eventually add an Ody Springfield brake, possibly a different seat, some newer, cleaner axle nuts & a new chain.
