I love vans... I will never step foot on my bike with another shoe. I use to have dc shoes I rode with, until I slipped off the pedals on a decent sized drops and have pedal marks on the back of my leg from months ago. Vans are amazing because the pins ... more »

Thanks. And yeah that's what I've been doing is burning a total of 500 calories a day on an elliptical in about 30 mins so it's pretty high intensity.

Do they look worn to you?

How much should it be sticking through? Do you have any pics of what it should look like vs what it shouldn't?

Added reply in a thread Left crank arm coming loose 7/28/2017 8:07 AM

I've never messed with the cranks until now and one day they just came loose after not having to tighten them for months so I tightened them then and have to keep tightening since.. So the washers wouldn't be out of place if I have never messed with ... more »

I know there has been multiple threads on this, but I have no idea what could be wrong. The cranks aren't even that old, and are definitely not stripped. I put some grease on the compression bolt (I don't have blue loctite so I just used something called

Thanks. People that I know have noticed and when I mentioned calorie counting they freak out, but for me it works. I'm only 5 3 ish and this may sound insane but I usually eat around 1100 calories which I will change when I am at my goal, but atleast ... more »

Thanks. When I hit my goal though I'm probably gonna chill on the calorie counting but I'm not too worried as my dad used to be a bodybuilder and doesn't think I'm eating to little or dieting to strictly.

Added reply in a thread Wtp Helix V1 vs Helix V2 7/12/2017 9:24 PM

Ok thanks! I still can't believe they gave me a better hub for free (I had a saltplus that came with their complete) and payed for the guy at the bike shop to put it in the rim because I didn't feel like messing it up(I'll try eventually). It's a nice ... more »

So I got a wtp helix hub because the saltplus hub on my wtp crysis complete was defective and they didn't have it in Stock so they sent a guy at the bike shop a wtp helix hub. How do I know if it's the helix v1 or v2? I'm just curious. Is there a visual ... more »

I noticed that I have had "super lube" in a random cabinet and it is brand new. If I needed to grease some bolts or my chain, would this be a good lube to use?

I haven't had any experience with Merritt hubs, but I know Austin Augie rides one (not sure which). So I'm guessing they are pretty good.
