lol those tires are the shit. They're the only tires I will ever buy for dirt, because they've never let me down.

Just strip it, use quite a few coats of primer, and then wet sand it with something around 1000 grit. The wet sanding will get rid of any little bumps from paint that may have bot stripped off completely.

This, and you should probably jump off something rather tall, with lots of sharp things placed at the bottom.
