Just put a mark on the top of the bar next to the stem and a mark on the side of the stem cap that lines up with the mark on the bar.
look up Seth's Bike Hacks on YT. He did a video a couple weeks ago on how to build a new bike from the box. Tire pressures are normally around 20-25 psi
You would not be able to use the mag with a 9 tooth cassette hub. You would have to build a regular, spoked wheel. I'm not sure if anyone makes any 9t mag wheels.

I have some chrome Shadow Vultus bars in 10 inch rise, uncut $40 shipped obo.
If you're on the normal, rock-hard trails they should do fine. But they would struggle on loose/sandy surfaces.
I have some Shadow Vultus bars in chrome. 10" tall. They're only 2 piece though. Be willing to let them go for $40.
The Aitken 2.45 sucks, especially on a slick park. They also weigh a ton if you care. But the Paths grip well and don't weigh too much.

They still make the Antigram V2 guard but they don't make one for the Quartet anymore. But you can just get G-Sport Uniguards or the Gland MKIV that should work just fine.
