For someone who won't be doing tricks, yes its a good choice. But for anyone who does tricks and would push this bike to the limits, probably not. Eastern has a reputation for having weak parts. I would definitely recomend it as just a bike to ride around ... more »

Subrosa layback seatpost is 3 years old and I never intend to replace it. I had the original dry rotted inner tube from a 1970 schwinn stingray. Which lasted me almost a half a year. Pretty surprising

When I learned 180s I had the problem of taking my foot off. I learned to pinch my cranks with me ankles and it helped.

Ontop of anything, save your money. Dont spend it on new parts now, wait till something breaks before you replace it. If you waste all your money now and in a month your frame breaks, you won't be able to buy a new one.

I'm 6"1' and my bars are about 8.5 with my stem rise. If you're 5"5' you definitely shouldn't go above 8.25-8 5 in my opinion. And probably 28wide. Just my two cents.
