just keep practicing and dont stiffen or lock your legs or arms keep them slightly bent. thats what works for me. i had a lot of trouble with manuals but you dont get it overnite. just keep practicing whenever you can and you will get it. experiment ... more »

fly grips are a little harder than most but the grips feel good and last plus no matter how much your palms sweat your hands will never slip. i love them definitely the best grips ive ever used.

you probably have a wrong fitting headset if its internal all the companies seem to make em all 45/45 but they are still different. I had a WTP and it was the same situation as you, but since then i bought an FSA and it fits perfect. so maybe try a new ... more »

ya i ride easterns right now and i rode odys, and i liked em both. i dont understand how you could not like the odys, they feel like the metal pedal and they stick to your feet. whats not to like? by the way shadow should not have entered into this plastic ... more »

if you are going to get a fit at least spend the extra money and get one that is made in the USA. the other ones CHart and the Hawk are just going to dent really easy.

im riding the sinister frame right now and i love it. I ride street, dirt, and park and it does well in all of them. Good weight, good geo., and awesome feel. Its a good frame for $209. You can look on my profile for pictures of it.

i have the mutiny sinister and i have had problems with the we the people headset. even though its campy it still does not fit well and moves around. i am going to get the FSA impact and see if that fixes the problem and makes a better fit
