But the frames don't weigh the same. Liberal use of plastic (pedals, seat) might make the completes weigh the same, but a a hiten frames is about 1lb heavier. You really think FIT is going to sell weak hiten frames? Tons of broken FIT frames would kill ... more »

Shimano calls for 300ft-lbs of torque for pedals into the crankarm. That's huge. Thats impact wrench huge. For reference the lug nuts holding your car tire on are (supposed) to be at about 80ft-lbs. Pedals should be tightened until your hand hurts kind ... more »

Less than 5 years old, respected brand, nothing wobbly. that's it. You do NOT need a cromoly frame, fork, bars etc. Any frame from a brand name maker will be fine. take some pics of the frame, then google it to make sure it is the frame the seller claims ... more »

The real question is - does this work? I installed a gyro last year and have gotten used to the slightly mushier brake feel . Does this bring back the crisp single cable feel?

Our closest skate park is actually at our arena. So we're there a lot. When they snowplow the arena parking lot, they plow it over the skate park. Here's my oldest riding in Aug, and standing in the same spot after a hockey game in December...

BMX is now a rotational sport, like figure skating and snowboard half pipe. Whoever does the most rotations gets a gold medal at the Olympics, so good for Logan for winning the first BMX freestyle gold. Unless someone gets to 6 before the games

Why are you worried about being low key again? if you're riding - and it doesn't matter how skilled you are - you are good enough for any bike you want. You aren't building the bike for spectators!!
