I ride a poc helmet and love it. It may be a little too bulky for what you are looking for though...
It could possibly be that you have tightened the drive side nut (the one that holds the driver on) too tightly or you blew the driver bearing somehow.

When it is all said and done, and you eliminate parts that you don't like but looked good online that 1000 dollars starts looking real cheap. Maybe you aren't as picky on your bike parts as I am though......

I've ridden a Sunday since I started biking. I rode a complete sunday pro frame for 4 years. Nothing too bad happened to it besides the chainstays dented. I retired it because I wanted slightly twitchier geometry. I chose a Sunday Soundwave v2 and coulee ... more »

The axles aren't identical but I am assuming that they are made in pretty much the exact same way. I think that any 14 mm shadow axle is going to be pretty much identical (with a few small things different) to the others. I'm just saying that the 14mm ... more »
I don't know about the cassette but I assume they use a similar axle in the raptor coaster and that one bends really easy. I have a new raptor coaster and that axle bent really fast. I personally don't like shadow parts as every shadow part I have had ... more »

Since you live in ontario I find that more people visit kijiji than craigslist. I have sold many bike on kijiji for more than what I was hoping to get. Just put it on and be really patient.
In my opinion odyssey and Sunday are probably the best. They give back tons to the bmx community around here and they make solid parts that don't cost a million dollars. Shadow would probably be the worst in my opinion. They seemail to be more into making ... more »
I don't have a pic because it came with his girlfriends bike when she bought it. I have no idea how she ended up with it lol
Ya that's what I thought. He does not ride brakes but he does go through rims really fast. Probably better to be used as a front wheel. Thanks a ton for the help.
I have Google it but it appears that it is an older rim. My question is what rim would it be comparable to today and is it a front rim only. From my googing it looks as though it is similar to the hazard lite but I honestly don't know. I want to know ... more »

Just my two cents worth I would avoid the kmc 410 chain. I don't kow what you ride but for me riding street it only lasted me 3 sessions before it broke. For you it may be fine but for me it was not worth the money.
I had a salt guard and it is still going strong after 4 years of street abuse and concrete ledges. Too lazy to Google the pegs but if they are steel than they sold last again almost forever.

I think that the main way to get good at gaps and drops is to spend tons of time practicing them. This may sound dumb but when I started I thought that a 5 stair was a massive drop. Just keep doing them and you will get more comfortable. Remember to ... more »
I agree that your guys rail does seem really high end and I can fully understand how it must cost quite a bit to make it. It is unfortunately too expensive to a lot of us because we have the means to make our own rail for far less. For example I built ... more »

The silver reminds me of my sunday gary young pro complete which was my first real bmx. The cranks are still lasting from that bike. "Knock on wood" lol

Ya like I said, the colours are just whatever my lbs had for the least amount of money. When you build this expensive of a bike and know that thirty percent of parts are going to break in the first month you cannot spend tons of money just to get a matching ... more »

Thanks a lot, glad some people don't mind the mismatched colours. The uniguards are really strong but they don't cover any of the hub/spokes. They sit way to far out from the wheel to be of any use. All they do is protect your dropouts.

Thanks! It took a while to save up enough for this bike.
