Can anybody tell me if a 97 Diamondback sorry but I'm not sure of the model Are they made of chromoly or high tense steel?

If you are my age I wouldn't even get close to starting on a flatland bike. You can get seriously hurt and it's not easy to pull off even the simplest of tricks. Get yourself a nice rsrscruiser/race bike. You can put it together the way you want. Make ... more »

I'm coming out of a 35-year hiatus I used to be into it hard core used to race with the pros that are retired today like Richie Anderson Harry Larry now I'm back at it just not as hardcore.

It depends all on what you're going to do gyro pegs front brake that's all for serious freestyling which takes years to perfect. Start with a bike some one is selling used. You don't want to sink a lot of money into something that you're not sure about. ... more »

But then again that's a 4130 chromoly race bike. If you would of spent that money on fixing up the bike like it was built to be, you would have a bad ass raceing bike. BTW is that a Robinson?

Looks like you can use those bearing screws that drew against the circular bearing on non sealed hubs and axles

Have some GT mohawk hubs laced to some 36h 4019 weinmans. Hi polished alluminum. When you polish these up they look better than chrome.
