Well that didn't work. Do you mean thread it in halfway and then hit the bolt with a mallet? And now I have no idea how to disassemble my demolition rouge because ok trying to clean it. How do I take it apart?

Cleaning my bike since I'm bored as hell right now and I've lossened the crank bolt and then took this little part out but I can't get the crank arm off itself?

When I was playing hockey me and my team would do dry land training once every week for 2hrs and we did a lot of box jumps and those things made my legs feel on fire! And made them a lot stronger! so there's a good leg workout

No don't get the Martinez it's hi tensile steel frame and has single walled rims. Look for Full Chromoly frame, fully sealed hubs, double walled rims
