Check out girdles there like compression shorts with padding built in, they are used for basketball and football.. Nike has some as well as under armor just grab 3 pairs and you'll be fine

Go to albe's BMX and they have (on their app at least) a easy spoke calculate just input you hub and rim and it gives you it!
