So im practicing hang 5's for almost 5 months now, and the longest i had it balance is just for one span. How did you guys learned it any tips about finding the right balance and correct body positioning.

Last time ive heard from him he was with stolen, is he still riding? Dude has some tech stuff and of course his signature bike throwing when he gets frustrated.

So rockstar let go of two great guys in a row Ryan nyquist and mikel larrin. Will there be more rider's being let go this coming months? Hopefully not. And hoping they would still super BMX. What do you guys think?
