2 or 3 Socal jams? right. You get that this forum is worldwide don't you? I couldn't even point to Socal on them map. THATS how important a couple of local jams are to me.

For what little its worth, I'm a 33 year ' Old ' man....and I've never even heard of TCU. Vital has helped me reconnect with BMX....and I'm even starting to find some of the bickering 12 year old's mildly amusing.

New thread Making 'The Living' 1/1/2014 2:04 PM

Thought I'd make a thread on my Colony 'The Living' as I slowly figure out what I need / want. This is my first bike after a significant lay off, so instead of reading what is the flavour of the month part, i'm slowly figuring out what I like / don't

This. Unfortunately for the OP with a bit of shitty weather and rattle cans, its probably not the advice you want to hear - but put the time in, get the results you want! don't be afraid to go different either.

Reply to How low do you keep your seat? 12/29/2013 5:06 PM

After buying an S&M Long Johnson and running my seat as high as comfortable for peddling, I realised...with modern geometry, there's a reason why seats are meant to be run low. Mines probably a couple of fistfuls at the moment, but its going back ... more »

Nothing specific at the moment. Number 1 priority is buying a house...which, if you live in Sydney is incredibly expensive. I'd like some planned redundancy. A new pair of custom wheels...going to be very much guided by what the local shop recommends ... more »

It's a public forum ball bag. Although, with 1700 posts in 6 months you could be forgiven for thinking you own the place. Go out and ride, or get a girlfriend and stop fucking up perfectly legitimate posts with your bullshit.
