Being of one of the first generations of bmx. I wonder if Fear is technically a newer thing to us older guys. I think to us older guys, getting hurt is just something that happened/ was accepted? We got kicked out of our houses as kids and told to be ... more »

I am guessing most other people that you see, are actually doing inverts and thinking they are doing a table. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z_kiRjTixgM Vic Murphy table. https://www.vitalbmx.com/features/Behind-The-Photo-Vic-Murphy-by-Brad-McDonald,4357 ... more »

Added reply in a thread weird tables? 9/30/2018 3:22 PM

I am not into the new school tabletops that are technically an inverted 360 without the 360. A tabletop should have most of your body over the bike, over the table, "not" tucked up on the side of it.

Added reply in a thread Toptube size? 9/26/2018 6:41 PM

Your hight, I would not go under 20.75 if you are going to run bars 9inch and up. With today's chainstays getting shorter and the use of taller bars, If a frame had say a 13.25 chainstay. I would jump up to a 21inch top tube to gain some wheelbase back. ... more »

Groove is another brand with some cool looking rings like camo etc. With certain things they take a little to get used to since they are grippy.

Added reply in a thread Who likes to keep their bike dialed? 9/17/2018 8:45 PM

My bike does not need to be technically dialed, I need to feel consistency and get consistent feedback from it.

Why hasn't anyone on youtube posted a how-to on using the crankarm for foot placement in some cases instead of the pedal?

Thought he had a 2017 Kink Launch? If so, The bike is already mid BB and integrated

Added reply in a thread My Bike Keeps On Breaking.. Is This Normal? 8/4/2018 2:32 PM

Interesting. Should he buy another complete bike shelling out around $600 then replace parts as he gets the spare cash?

Added reply in a thread My Bike Keeps On Breaking.. Is This Normal? 8/4/2018 10:55 AM

I would put better parts on as needed, then use the bike as a parts donor when it comes time to buy a frame. It might be 40% bike 60% rider. Learning to be fluid on the bike, is a big key to saving parts, not only bikes parts also human parts.

No clue if Diamondback makes bmx anymore. Hoffman made a deal with Pacific Cycle, I think it might have been around 2014 to sell bikes at Dicks sporting goods.
