Don't go w/ the Haro Downtown's unless you wanna break your frame! They are made out of Hi-Ten, not chromoly. Its a a much weaker steel.

No it's not, but I do think it helps hone your skills on a 20" bike. I've been riding my 24" for about 6 months now, and the other day I hopped on one of my 20" bikes and it felt like I was on a little toy! tailwhips, barspins, etc seemed so much easier ... more »
