Not too hard, if you can tail-whip, and have the motion down you can do them.

When the bike starts to come back around, you catch the seat with your hand and guide it toward you, grab your other grip and throw your feet on.

off the lip though your gonna want to pull your bars in to you and push down, its kinda weird compared to when your on solid ground but really similar.

Keynote: when you throw your bike your going to want to make sure that its coming around in a way that you can throw your front foot on first.

Yo I don't really know what to say to help you
It took me almost 6 months to learn flairs, I've never rode a foam pit or anything like this, never done flip so I just tried it during a session with friends and I fell a lot at the begining but the more I tried it the less I fell.
sorry my english isn't perfect lol!!
All i can say is just ride, wear a helmet and try everything u want! friends motivate a lot I think the best way to learn tricks is to have fun with friends and don't be scared to hurt urself
